365 Day Return Policy
You may return your unopened/unused item for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 365 days of your purchase date. Any items being returned must be sent back in their original unused/unworn condition with original packaging, and receipt. Any items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
Before returning an item, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
If you received an item that is damaged or worn, please notify us within 1 business day of your receipt in order to honor a refund or an exchange. Exceptions are made for holidays.
If a product is not useable due to a manufacturer's defect, please send us a message letting us know the particulars of the issue and the need for the return. ALL returns must be repackaged in the original packaging.

It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS or FedEx Ground. Send your package with postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.
